SPOKANE, Wash. – A single-car crash on eastbound I-90 caused a traffic backup on Wednesday morning.
The Washington State Patrol responded to the scene around 7 a.m., with witnesses reporting that the incident started as a traffic stop and ended with a PIT maneuver.
WSP has not confirmed if the driver was arrested or the exact circumstances of the crash.
Traffic is backed up on eastbound I-90, with two lanes blocked near the Division Street exit.
Law enforcement is working to clear the scene, and traffic from Hamilton to US-195 is moving slowly.
The cause and condition of those involved are unknown.
