CHEWELAH, Wash. – Stevens County Fire District 1 responded to a small brush fire burning in the Highway 395 and Grouse Creek Road area Monday afternoon.
According to the fire district, the fire was not expected to grow and a brush truck was able to respond to the fire along with a water tender unit.
