SPIRIT LAKE, Idaho – The Spirit Lake Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 16-year-old.
According to a press release from the department, the missing teen, Xara Rollins, was last seen on Sept. 15 at around 11:20 p.m. in the area of West Salishan Way. She was wearing an orange/peach-colored dress, a black sweater and a silver owl necklace.
