SPOKANE, Wash. – A Spokane cake decorator has made her way from a local Rosauer’s to a finalist in a national competition.
Carrie Hansen’s has been whipping up masterpieces at her Spokane Valley neighborhood Rosauers for over 25 years.
Hansen entered the ‘Cake’d Challenge’ which is a nationally recognized cake decorating competition where she has advanced to the final four.
While competing in Houston, Hansen will use unique ingredients and try to create the most impressive cake designs.
Her talent can be recognized by anyone who shops at her local store and has her community and team at Rosauer’s to support her journey.
“We are so excited for Carrie being chosen to compete against the best decorators in the country,” said Cliff Rigsbee, CEO of Rosauers. “She does such a great job delighting our Rosauers customers everyday it’s nice she is being recognized for her talent.”
