Spokane City Hall, libraries, garbage services won’t operate July 4

SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane’s municipal government will be mostly closed on July 4.

City Hall, public libraries and public aquatic centers will be closed.

Garbage, recycling and trash services won’t operate on the holiday and will instead be pushed back into Saturday.

Parking meters downtown will not require payment, but the same time rules will apply.
