SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash.— The Spokane County Elections Office announced that it will mail more than 360,000 ballots on Thursday and Friday for the Nov. 5 General Election.
According to a press release, registered voters who do not receive a ballot by Friday, Oct. 18, should contact the Spokane County Elections Office at (509) 477-2320 to request a replacement ballot.
Additionally, the Local Voters’ Pamphlet and the State Voters’ Pamphlet will be mailed to all residences in Spokane County this week.
For those not registered to vote in Spokane County or needing to update their address, registration is open until Monday, Oct. 28, online at www.votewa.gov. Voters can also register or update their registration in person until Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024. For times and locations, visit the Spokane County website here.
Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 5. Voters are encouraged to check the pickup times on blue USPS mailboxes to avoid missing the deadline. If the last pickup of the day has already occurred, voters should use the county’s ballot drop boxes, located at all city and county libraries, STA Plaza, Town Halls, and the Elections Office at 1033 W. Gardner (north of the Monroe Court Building). These drop boxes will close promptly at 8 p.m. on Election Day.
