SPOKANE, Wash. – Unlawfully possessing a firearm, stealing a car and drug possession were a few of several charges leveled against two Stevens County residents after they were arrested in Spokane on March 30.
Amos Hall and Emily Baldwin were detained by Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies on March 30 after they were allegedly found to be driving with incorrect plates.
While questioning Hall, law enforcement reports discovering that Hall had felony warrants for stealing and unlawfully possessing a gun in Stevens County. The Spokane County Sheriff’s department claims that Hall also admitted to being in possession of meth and fentanyl.
Baldwin was purportedly hesitant to offer her real identity to law enforcement during her initial questioning, and was arrested later that day on Stevens County felony warrants for vehicle and identity theft.
Hall was released from Spokane County Jail to Stevens County Jail. Baldwin is currently under a Department of Corrections hold and remains in Spokane County.
