SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane County is preparing to host a tax foreclosure auction next Monday, providing an opportunity for potential homebuyers in the area. The auction will begin at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and includes 29 different properties.
Among the properties up for auction are both vacant lots and those with existing buildings. This event offers a unique chance for buyers to explore a variety of real estate options within Spokane County.
Properties enter foreclosure when tax payments are delinquent for three or more years. Those currently in foreclosure who wish to retain their properties have until Friday at 4:00 p.m. to pay any outstanding taxes and fees.
