SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Fire Department Special Investigations Unit is looking for two people who were allegedly connected to an incident early Thursday morning.
The two individuals were purportedly related to a vehicle fire at the intersection of East Fairview and North Regal at about 7:30 am.
