SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane firefighters contained a blaze that was burning near homes on North Royal Lane.
According to an investigator from the Spokane Fire Department (SFD), the fire, which was approximately one-tenth of an acre in size, was reported around 8 p.m.
SFD said they were able to control the fire, which was about 100 yards away from the homes. No homes were damaged from the fire.
The fire is now out, and the department is currently investigating its cause.
