Spokane honors fallen officers with annual wreath ceremony

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department is honoring fallen Washington state officers on Monday during the annual wreath laying ceremony.

The event is scheduled to take place at 12:30 p.m. outside the public safety building on Main.

This ceremony is open to everyone and free of charge. It serves as a tribute to officers who have died in the line of duty across Washington state.

Spokane County Sheriff John Knowles and Spokane Police Chief Kevin Hall will be placing the wreath during the event.
