SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane County Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List will open at the end of the month for select households.
The Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) announced the program will open on July 30 and close on Aug. 5.
SHA will partner with the Spokane County Library District, Spokane Public Libraries, and Liberty Lake Municipal Library for those interested in applying. SHA is encouraging those interested to use their local library computer to apply.
Anyone interested must submit their application online through the SHA website.
To qualify for the program, households must make 50% or less of the area median income (AMI). SHA also requires that at least 75% of the households in the Housing Choice Voucher Program have an income at or below 30% of the AMI.
