SPOKANE, Wash. — Six public libraires are hosting cooling centers on Sunday afternoon in Spokane due to the hazardous weather conditions.
The following libraries will be open from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. –
Indian Trail Public Library on 4909 West Barnes RoadShadle Park Public Library on West Wellesley AvenueHillyard Library on 4110 North Cook StreetTrent Resource and assistance Center on East Trent AvenueSpokane Central Public Library on West Main AvenueLiberty Park Public Library on South Pittsburg Street
SDA said they are offering to waive fares to and from the cooling centers for people who can’t afford to ride normally.
