SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Lilac Festival Association has selected this year’s Lilac queen.
Madeleine Froese from Lewis & Clark High School has been crowned Lilac Queen. She is in the National Honor Society and competes in the triple jump and land jump for Track and Field.
Madeleine plans to attend a four-year university to study elementary education. She hopes to one day become a Montessori educator.
