SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Lilac Festival will recognize the “Dare to Dream” Royal Court on Saturday. Scholarships will be presented to members of the court, who represent seven local high schools.
According to the Spokane Lilac Festival Association (SLFA), the Lilac Festival Queen will also be crowned during the coronation, which will be held at Spokane Community College Auditorium.
The SFLA awards $30,000 in scholarships annually.
