Spokane men charged for trafficking thousands of fentanyl pills and meth

SPOKANE, Wash. – The United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington has announced federal drug charges against three men for drug trafficking.

According to the Attorney’s office, Osvaldo Guadalupe Soto-Orduno, Jose Roman Lizarraga Gerardo, and Jose Efrain Gonzalez Rodriguez have been charged by criminal complaint with conspiracy to distribute 400 grams or more of a mixture containing fentanyl and 500 grams or more of a mixture containing meth.

The case is being prosecuted by several federal and local agencies. People charged with a crime in the American court system are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
