SPOKANE, Wash.- The Spokane Police Department (SPD) arrested three people the afternoon of Feb. 5 for second degree theft.

The alleged felonies occurred at the South Hill Target, where store staff contacted police after three people left the store with two carts without paying. Michael Stead, Monica Boggess and Cassandra Graves are accused of then leaving the store parking lot in an RV with one of the carts. The other cart was left in the Target lot.

SPD officers found the RV with Stead, Boggess and Graves inside in a parking lot at the intersection of 57th and Palouse near a 76 gas station and a Dairy Queen. All three of the accused shoplifters are currently in Spokane County Jail.
