SPOKANE, Wash. – A man accused of a drive by shooting was arrested by the Spokane Police Department Thursday.
According to the department, the shooting took place on June 10 just before 11pm on the 400 block of East Empire Avenue.
The suspect purportedly arrived in his vehicle, got into a fight with a woman at the house, then shot at someone in the house. No one was shot.
On Aug. 1, the Spokane Police Department’s Violent Crimes Task Force took the suspect into custody. He is expected to make his first court appearance Friday.
