SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) arrested a man accused of exposing himself to drivers on the 900 block of West 3rd Avenue and attempting to grab a young girl Saturday evening.
According to the SPD, the man was throwing rocks at cars and fondling himself at around 6 p.m. Monday night near a hotel.
“The male then approached a young girl sitting on the balcony of a room, moved toward her at a quick pace and reached through the balcony railing toward her,” SPD said.
The man then purportedly left after being told off. Officers arrested the man for indecent exposure with sexual motivation and determined that he had previously failed to register as a sex offender.
