SPOKANE, Wash. — Investigators are looking into a deadly crash in downtown Spokane near MultiCare Deaconess Hospital that happened early Tuesday morning.
A spokesperson for the Spokane Fire Department said firefighters were called out to a crash involving a vehicle and a bicyclist a little bit before 6:30 a.m. First responders performed CPR on the cyclist.
According to a spokesperson for the Spokane Police Department, that cyclist died. Police closed Lincoln Street in the area to investigate what led to the deadly collision.
As of 9:30 a.m., Lincoln remained closed.
