SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane police are investigating a homicide in the area of South Thor Street and East First Avenue.
According to the Spokane Police Department (SPD), the investigation is in its early stages, and further information will be released when appropriate. The SPD Major Crimes Unit has begun its investigation.
