According to police on Tuesday, July 23, around 5 p.m., SPD received reports of gunshots near Lincoln Street and Cleveland Avenue. Shots were fired from a black car that fled the scene. No victims were found, according to police.

Williams was arrested for second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. The investigation is ongoing.

Early on July 24, officers responded to a gunshot at a motel on S. Rustle St. They found a bullet hole in the ceiling and a shell casing, but no suspects or injuries were reported.
