SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing vulnerable woman.
According to the Spokane Police Department, 18-year-old Cierra Phelps was last seen in the area of Hawthorne and Wellesley.
Police said they received a call from a family member on Friday around 3:30 p.m., reporting Phelps as missing. She has cognitive disabilities, which put her at risk. Phelps left on foot and is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown eyes and dark hair. She was last seen wearing a red or pink shirt and glasses.
