Spokane police seek public’s help identifying hospitalized man

SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who is currently receiving care at a local hospital.

Around 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 31, a man showed up to the hospital suffering from an acute medical event. Hospital staff and law enforcement have not been able to identify the man or contact family members.

The man is white, has gray hair and a mustache. They say that he is about 65 to 70-years-old, is 5’9″ in height and weighs about 210 pounds.

He arrived at the hospital wearing a Seattle Seahawks sweatshirt, khaki cargo pants and was barefoot. Law enforcement say that he has notable deformities on both of his feet.

The unknown man was last seen wandering on Francis Avenue near Lidgerwood Street in north Spokane. A bystander gave him shoes and contacted 911 on his behalf.
