SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Central Library will celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride Month on June 9 from 1 to 3pm.
Family-friendly offerings including story time and crafts will be available. Youth Services Manager Denise Neujahr is looking forward to celebrating all families during the event.
“As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering inclusivity and celebrating diversity, Spokane Public Library is thrilled to offer a Family Pride Celebration for youth and their caregivers,” Neujahr said.
Families with children are invited to join in the festivities, which will be free and offer many artistic and literary activities.
