SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) is attempting to identify a man they believe could provide information on an ongoing investigation.
SCSO said detectives believe the man needed information on possible theft or fraud. The photo provided by SCSO was taken at a business in the Shadle area in April.
Investigators hope to identify this man and speak with him about their investigation.
