Spokane Symphony announces 79th season

SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Symphony announced its 79th season, performing nine Masterworks and five Pops concerts.

“In the ceaseless noise of modernity, it’s easy to lose ourselves. Yet, the symphony offers a sanctuary to disconnect from distractions and reconnect with our core. Join us and find yourself at the symphony,” Spokane Symphony Music Director James Lowe said.

Ticket subscriptions for all nine concerts range from $162 to $558 and are available through the Spokane Symphony website. Symphony season ticket holders have until Friday, July 19, to renew their seats.

Single tickets for concerts will go on sale to the general public on Aug. 16.

The79th season will begin in September, performing “The Turning World” on Sept. 14. Other Masterworks include “Scotland the Brave,” “An American Celebration,” “Beethoven vs. A.I.,” “Daybreak of Freedom,” “L.A. Stories,” “Mateusz Plays Bruc,” “Let There be Light” and “Tales of Hemingway.”
