SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Spokane Valley firefighters are on the scene of a semi-truck versus car accident on eastbound I-90 near the Flora overpass.
Firefighters said extrication is in progress and are asking drivers to exercise caution and give emergency crews room to work.
