Spokane Valley man accused of making death threats while armed with loaded pistol

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man accused of making death threats while armed with a loaded gun on Saturday.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to calls of a 19-year-old making death threats while armed with a pistol and saying that he was involved in the sale of drugs on the 10000 block of North Colfax Road.

When deputies approached him, the sheriff’s office said that he tried to run away. When he was caught, the office claimed that he was in possession of a .380 pistol, ammo and drugs.

He was in Spokane County Jail on drug charges Monday afternoon.
