SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – The man who died in a Saturday morning shooting near a Safeway in Spokane Valley has been identified.
According to the Spokane County Medical Examiner, the man identified as William McCreight, 53 died from multiple gunshot wounds.
There were two individuals involved, and the suspected shooter has not yet been apprehended.
Sheriff’s deputies stated they believe this was an isolated incident and that there is no ongoing threat to public safety.
