SPOKANE, Wash. – The man suspected of shooting and killing a man in front of the Spokane Valley Safeway on Saturday was arrested Tuesday morning.
43-year-old Johnathan M. Bryman was arrested in Hayden after several law enforcement agencies worked together to locate him.
after an alleged drug deal turned violent.
“Bryman never attempted to contact law enforcement after the shooting, and Detectives developed probable cause to charge Bryman with Murder 2nd Degree,” the sheriff’s office said.
A cohort of state and federal law enforcement located Bryman at his Hayden home Monday night and placed him under arrest.
Bryman will make his first court appearance in Spokane County after being extradited from north Idaho.
