SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Authorities have identified the man who was shot and killed Monday in Spokane Valley.
According to the Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office, Abel Rocha Jr., 38. Rocha died from multiple gunshot wounds, the medical examiner said.
. Deputies responded to reports of gunfire and detained two men believed to be involved.
The investigation remains ongoing.
