SPOKANE, Wash. – A Spokane Valley woman made her first court appearance today after she allegedly stabbed a man inside his trailer home on June 3.
Court documents say that Katrina Soto burst into a man’s trailer with two other men and demanded to be paid back for money that the man supposedly owed her family.
The man said that he didn’t have any money, and was then repeatedly hit with clubs by the men accompanying Soto. He then managed to yell to a friend who was also in the trailer to call 911.
During the altercation with Soto and the two men, the victim was stabbed multiple times according to court filings. Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on scene and detained Soto and the male victim was sent to the hospital with serious wounds.
Soto is currently in Spokane County Jail on $100,000 bond.
