SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) arrested a man suspected of a drive-by shooting with a pellet gun on Wednesday afternoon.
According to SPD, Alexander Nayes was arrested for assault Wednesday evening after an investigation into the shooting found that it was likely a road rage incident.
Nayes allegedly shot a victim in the head with a pellet gun out of his car’s window while driving near the 2900 block of South Ray Street on the South Hill at around 1:30 pm.
Nayes is currently in Spokane County Jail.
