Suspected credit union robber identified, Spokane police still searching

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) has identified a suspect who reportedly robbed a credit union on East 3 Avenue and is still searching for him.

Police have identified him as Jesse L. Criswell, a 43-year-old. Police say they have probable cause to arrest Criswell for First-Degree Robbery.

Spokane police say Criswell is 5 foot and 7 inches tall and weighs roughly 150-180 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Police say if you have information on the whereabouts of Criswell, please contact 911 or Crime Check at 509 456-2233. Reference case number 2024-2006726.

Police also the picture they have provided might not be up to date, as suspect may no longer have a beard.

Criswell reportedly entered Primesource Credit Union around 4:05 pm and gave a bank teller a note demanding cash. After receiving the money, the man then left the credit union.
