Suspects arrested in connection with gang-related shooting near Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, Wash. — Two suspects have been arrested following a gang-related shooting near State Route 173 on the Bridgeport Bar on Aug. 11.

According to a spokesperson from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting believed to involve rival factions, prompted a significant investigation from the sheriff’s office.

Today, authorities said they executed two high-risk search warrants simultaneously, recovering firearms and ammunition, including stolen weapons.

The two people arrested were Rosendo Saucedo Jr., 28, from Bridgeport, who was charged with drive-by shooting, unlawful possession of a firearm, assault and violation of a domestic violence protection order. The other suspect was Ivan Garcia-Ramirez, 29, from the Bridgeport Bar, charged with obstructing an officer and making false statements.

Deputies said that the third suspect, Ruben Garcia-Ramirez, remains at large. An arrest warrant has been issued for him.
