SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane’s SWAT team breached a home on Wednesday afternoon in an ongoing kidnapping and robbery investigation.
According to the Spokane Police Department (SPD), officers began to secure the home around 6:30 p.m.. After SWAT confirmed that the house was safe, detectives entered to conduct an investigation.
The investigation involves a robbery and kidnapping case according to SPD, and the suspects involved in the initial crime were armed with guns.
SWAT entered the home without incident and investigators continued to comb the scene Wednesday evening.
