BOISE, Idaho – Following Chad Daybell’s death sentence in the triple murder case, Tammy Daybell’s family has issued a statement.
Tammy Daybell was one of the victims in a series of murders involving Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow.
In their statement, her family expressed gratitude to law enforcement, the prosecution, the media and all who followed the trial. They also appreciated the relationships formed during this difficult time.
“We can all begin to heal from the terrible losses we have endured. While we will miss Tammy every single day, we find solace in the belief that we will be reunited with her,” the family’s statement read.
In honor of Tammy, a school librarian, the family has established the Tammy Douglas Daybell Foundation to support literacy programs and libraries in Utah and Idaho.
Chad Daybell was convicted on all counts on May 30, including three counts for the murders of Joshua Jaxon “JJ” Vallow, Tylee Ryan, and his former wife, Tammy Daybell, along with insurance fraud.
