SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane County Medical Examiner identified the teenager who died in a crash on US-2 on Wednesday.
16-year-old Sweeny Holt-Stearns died due to injuries sustained in the crash .
Several memorial events are planned for Holt-Steans throughout the week.
