SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — The City of Spokane Valley has launched a new website that provides access to information about properties in the city.
According to the City of Spokane Valley, they launched their website Valley Viewer on Nov. 12. Valley Viewer is a Geographical Information System (GIS) with information about properties in the city available 24 hours. The city hopes this new website will improve customer service with easy access to information. To access this information, one has to enter an address or parcel number or by clicking on the map.
Valley Views has a basic and an advanced interface. The basic interface provides users access to data most requested by visitors to City Hall. People can access information such as who owns the building, the land size, assessed value, property taxes, and pictures of the property. The advanced interface provides data on zoning, school districts, fire districts, utility providers, water districts, and Spokane County Assessors.
According to the City of Spokane Valley, city staff created and maintained the website. There are no additional costs associated. Valley Viewer can be accessed at Spokane Valley Viewer.
