Two people injured after crash involving multiple motorcycles on I-90

SPOKANE, Wash. — Law enforcement is searching for motorcyclists involved in a motorcycle crash on I-90 that injured two people.

According to Washington State Patrol (WSP), a man rider and a woman passenger were transported to the hospital with serious injuries after a crash around 10:30 p.m. on May 11.

Drivers who witnessed the crash said they saw the group of motorcycles riding erratically from westbound I-90 at Argonne around milepost 286 towards Hamilton Street. According to WSP, multiple motorcyclists fled the scene after the crash, with one driver abandoning their motorcycle.

A reported crash appears to be blocking at least two westbound lanes on I-90 near Altamont Saturday night.

According to a tweet from Washington State Patrol District 4, crews are currently at the scene of a crash involving multiple motorcycles. Two left lanes are currently blocked, and traffic is being directed through one lane.

Drivers should expect traffic delays as the road will remain blocked as crews investigate the crash.
