Two teens accused of setting massage chair on fire at Northtown Mall

SPOKANE, Wash. – Two 18-year-olds are facing second-degree arson charges after allegedly setting a massage chair on fire at the Northtown Mall on Thursday.

According to court documents, Devyn Fievez and Mitchell Slinker set fire to the chair and attempted to ignite several other items, including a piano. The two are also accused of damaging a light sconce and destroying a bathroom soap dispenser.

The total estimated damage from the incident is more than $5,000. Both suspects are scheduled to appear in court this afternoon.
