US Marshals Service arrests three people who allegedly failed to register as sex offenders

SPOKANE, Wash. – The US Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offenders Taskforce arrested three people who allegedly failed to register as sex offenders over Friday and Saturday.

According to the Marshals Service, David McCuistion of the Spokane Valley was arrested for failure to register after being convicted of charges related to child sexual abuse.

Barry Collins and William Shawl, both of who were also convicted of charges related to child abuse, were also arrested for failure to register within the same 48-hour window.

Anyone with information on an individual who has failed to register as a sex offender after a child rape or abuse conviction can call the US Marshals Serice Communications Center at 1 (800) 336-0102.
