SPOKANE, Wash. – The Washington Education Association (WEA) Representative Assembly will be hosted in Spokane from Thursday through Saturday.
WEA represents public school teachers and is a prominent player in education policy discussions during state legislative sessions.
Visit Spokane looks forward to the economic impact of the conference, which the organization projects will bring $763,099 to Spokane.
The WEA meeting takes place in the midst of and will likely address both political issues and pedagogy.
