OLYMPIA, Wash. — Governor-elect Bob Ferguson will be sworn into office and give his inaugural address Wednesday morning.
Ferguson, a Democrat, will take over the office from outgoing Governor Jay Inslee, also a Democrat. Inslee elected not to run for re-election, while Ferguson took up his party’s mantle in the wake of Inslee’s decision.
