OLYMPIA, Wash. — The Washington State House have approved a $14 billion transportation budget.
This budget would spend millions of dollars towards improving traffic management, safety, and law enforcement. The money would also be set aside to keep up with highway maintenance and buy five hybrid electric ferries.
The Washington State Senate is scheduled to vote on its version on Tuesday.
