SPOKANE, Wash. – The Washington State Patrol has put out a missing person alert for an Indigenous man who was last seen in Spokane.
The man, Alexander Piceno, a 28-year-old was seen on March 23 in Spokane.
He is 5 foot 10 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, he has black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing tattoos with “Piceno” on his forearm and “April” on the other forearm.
