Loren Culp addressed his supporters Tuesday night after the Associated Press projected the democratic incumbent Jay Inslee won the race for governor.
Culp said, “we are going to fight for every single vote.”
Culp, the police chief of Republic, campaigned in part against Inslee’s coronavirus restrictions like mandatory masks, saying they infringe on people’s constitutional rights.
