LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. – Westbound I-90 slowed Sunday afternoon from the Idaho state line to Liberty Lake due to a crash.
No lanes were blocked as of 1:30 p.m., but slowing motorists near the crash was still causing slowed traffic for about two miles.
