WINTRHOP, Wash. — Those living and working in Winthrop have been asked to ration water after the city’s main water pump went down.
Okanagan County Emergency Management shared the request on behalf of the city on Wednesday morning.
The city anticipated having a replacement pump functioning by the end of the day on Wednesday.
